Moulton-Udell is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Softball Coach for the upcoming 2027 season. Key Qualifications & Requirements
• Certification: Must hold a valid Iowa Coaching Authorization or Coaching Endorsement.
• Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of softball fundamentals, game strategies, and skill development techniques.
• Communication & Leadership: Ability to effectively communicate with student-athletes, parents, and coaching staff while promoting positive sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Player Development: Passion for mentoring student-athletes, fostering strong character, and supporting their physical and personal growth on and off the field.
• Organizational Skills: Willingness to assist the head coach with daily practice planning, game preparation, and team logistics.
