EM ITALIAN FOOD LIMITED trading as Gallo and Galetti in Wilton, Cork is looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our team. Duties to include: prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards of quality and presentation; monitoring food and waste control; Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; high standards of food hygiene, health and safety. Location: Unit 7/8 Bishopstown Road, Wilton, Cork. Full time and permanent job at €36,605 per annum, 39 hours per week.
