Job summary Spire Southampton are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Perioperative Practitioner/SFA to join our high performing Theatre Team on the staffing bank.
Main duties of the job
Assist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedics Provide specialist Robotic Surgical First Assistance to different specialities. Providing SFA to non-robotic surgeries when deemed necessary You will assess patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeing Provide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatre
