What You’ll Do
As part of our Global IT Operations team, you’ll help deploy and maintain critical IT infrastructure and support the organisation with its IT needs.
• IT Service Desk and Onsite Software/Hardware support
• Hypervisor and VM management, network and infrastructure administration
• Onboarding, monitoring and management of applications onto high powered compute cluster
• Maintaining secure access control and data governance
• Device lifecycle management
• Documenting IT processes and continuously improving security practices
What You Bring
We’re hiring across experience levels, so whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned expert, we’d love to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have:
• 3+ years of experience with Linux and virtual machine (Proxmox) management
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory/EntraID
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker containers
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana
• Exposure to SharePoint, cloud storage, and network drives
• Interest in supporting high-performance computing (HPC) applications scheduled via Slurm — e.g. Cadence, Ansys Lumerical and AEDT, Dassault CST, MathWorks MATLAB
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard maintenance, patch management, and security practices
• Strong team spirit & excellent communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Valid authorization to work in Germany is required
