Required Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and a solid understanding of equity markets, financial statements, and investor communications. • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading investor relations, finance, equity research, or related functions, with direct exposure to earnings processes, investor meetings, or analyst engagement. • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of independently leading complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations for diverse audiences. • High standard for accuracy, polish, and disciplined self-review, with acute attention to detail in analyses and materials. • Proactive, strategic problem-solver who can anticipate issues, navigate complexity, and propose practical, data-driven solutions. • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong partnerships across corporate and segment functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with market data or investor CRM tools is a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree + in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, investment banking, or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications
