• Manage small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision • Support larger projects, programmes, bids, and strategic initiatives • Assist with contract administration, tender evaluation, and procurement • Support risk and value management, reporting, and stakeholder communication • Ensure compliance with health & safety (H&S), quality assurance (QA), and client governance requirements • Support and begin mentoring junior team members • Develop project programmes and coordinate stakeholders

• Strong client-facing delivery and communication skills • Ability to manage complexity, competing priorities, and change • Commercial awareness and understanding of contract management • Emerging leadership skills, including mentoring and team coordination • High integrity, resilience, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experience & Qualifications
• Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of the construction industry • Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, RICS, MAPM) are desirable • Experience across the full project lifecycle and managing multiple projects simultaneously
