• 40 hours per week • Monday through Friday • Two shifts available • 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • No weekends or holidays • Benefits start first day of employment!
Overview Job Summary: The Anesthesia Technician provides technical support and performs routine duties relevant to the Department of Anesthesia.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains the cleanliness of all anesthetic equipment and routinely stocks all anesthesia supplies.
• Prepares equipment and supplies for use by anesthesiologist and CRNAs and assists as directed.
• Prepares operating room for surgical patient, reviews preference cards, to determine surgeon needs, obtains the necessary supplies and equipment for the procedure, ensures cleanliness of room, and assists with opening sterile supplies
• Delivers intraoperative care as an assistant to the surgeon as a collaborative team member
• Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degrees: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: <2 years
• Supervisor Experience: None-Required
• Licenses & Certifications: None-Required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degrees: Bachelor’s Degree
