Roles and Responsibilities
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other Benefits initiatives for different countries • Provide guidance and address employee queries in a professional, timely manner, ensuring on exceptional employee experience. • Reconcile pay and benefits related invoicing and payment submissions and ensure timely in put to tax authorities, pensions providers, benefits plans etc. • Collaborate with external vendors, such as benefits providers and payroll service providers, to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. • Interfacing with the payroll team providing benefits input for the payroll deadlines. • Take part in regional benefit harmonization projects and annual review processes and adapt the changes with the brokers, service providers and in the appropriate systems • Be the coordinator and administrator of the Fleet Management benefit for Europish region. • Be the contact point to the employees and coordinate their queries to Fleet company. • Arrange the car ordering, renewal and leaver car process • Coordinate the annual driving license check process • Create Purchase Requisitions where required • Close collaboration with the payroll team to ensure the fulfillment of payroll legal and service delivery requirements. • Create and update Standard Operation Procedures. • Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality by taking ownership of compliance with relevant legal requirements and Anabelle Solutions’ policies. • Tackle operational issues and process challenges, identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions to foster smooth operational environment. • Develop and maintain expertise by staying current with both internal updates and industry best practices, actively sharing insights with colleagues to support continuous improvement.
