Core competences: VM-ware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, Citrix. Handle Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 Be a part of setting up new test equipment. HW & SW debugging on test equipment. Training newUser I nstall new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. Handle backup, restore, Antivirus, Monitoring, adaption of IT-controls. Create, change, and delete user accounts. Repair and recover from hardware or software and Network failures. Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations. General knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management Systems standards ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management Systems ISO 45001:2015 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems ISO 13485:2016 - Quality Management Systems - Medical Devices High leadership capacity, personnel management and strict confidentiality in the information handled by the department. Compliance with the required KPIS for IT department.
