Develop and execute factory capacity analysis. Manage Lay out, Update changes, optimization proposals, control and manage lay out revisions Perform time analysis on all processes. Production and flow optimization. Time study analysis on workstations. Line balancing as well as production optimization. Lead lay out process flow improvements. Update product route times in AX. Champion for 6S’s methodology follow up. Drive and mentoring for Kaizen and lean manufacturing initiatives. Colaboation with quotations group, provide estimated standard times for RFQ. Manage and execute projects initiative such as expansion, building and refurbishing facilities. Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations
