Your responsibilities As an Analytics Lead, you will: Support clients in their journey towards becoming data driven by bridging the gap between business and technology; Be able to understand the strategic goals of a company, pinpoint the value of data and understand + communicate the role and value of data in this regard; Translate the above in a clear well defined roadmap and understand which approach to use when (pilots & pocs vs roadmap); Propose pragmatic yet scalable technical solutions to our clients; Navigate beyond Proof of Concept stage to ensure smooth productization; Get your hands dirty when needed; Provide guidance and mentorship to our team members, fostering inspiration and growth; Stay up to date with the latest technologies;
