An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Imaging Pathway Navigator within the Clinical Imaging Admin & Clerical Team in the Clinical Imaging Department at Royal Cornwall Hospital Truro, providing an efficient Imaging booking service for the Trust in a fast paced environment.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role will be to handle patient enquiries, support Imaging reception areas, contribute to the administrative processes within the service, assign appointments for all Clinical Imaging modalities and ensure that the bookings are within national targets.

Communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also need to be flexible with a willingness to work rostered evenings and possibly weekends, have an appreciation of the confidential nature of the work and be able to manage a workload to meet pre-determined targets.

This is a full time (37.5 hours) 12 months fixed term post
