To support our continued growth, we are expanding our international IT Infrastructure team and are looking for a Modern Workspace / M365 Engineer to join our Porto office. What will you do? As a Modern Workspace / M365 Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, management, security and continuous improvement of Quion's modern workplace environment. You will work in a stretched DevOps team across Porto and Capelle a/d Ijssel (near Rotterdam, the Netherlands), ensuring that our Workspace platform remains secure, reliable and aligned with business needs. The role combines engineering, automation, security and operational excellence, with a strong focus on improving the end-user experience and driving innovation within our digital workspace. Key Responsibilities: Managing, optimizing, and further developing Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams Phone. Designing and implementing modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies. Managing Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and Microsoft Enterprise ID. Implementing and maintaining security, compliance, and access controls within the digital workplace. Automating management processes using PowerShell and Microsoft tooling to increase efficiency and stability. Supporting cloud transformations and continuously improving the workplace environment. Managing endpoint security and contributing to vulnerability management and security improvement initiatives. Serving as the technical point of contact for complex Microsoft 365 incidents and performing root cause analyses. Supporting Service Desk teams with expertise, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Contributing to audits, compliance activities, and operational standards.
