About this role
C.O. Williams Construction Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress, attendance, materials, delays, and defects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Building Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and project schedules.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
