β€’ Evaluation Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per Initial Evaluation

β€’ Follow-up Rate: $44.00 – $50.00 per visit

β€’ Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2,000 to $ 4000(paid in first 90 days of employment)

β€’ Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5,000 annually

β€’ Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Home Care)

The Role We are seeking a passionate Home Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team. You will play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones and reach their full potential through:

β€’ Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional needs.

β€’ Developing individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration.

β€’ Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies for the home environment.

β€’ Collaborating with early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

β€’ Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

β€’ State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

β€’ Experience: Knowledge of child development milestones (infants through adolescents); Home Health experience is preferred.

β€’ Skills: Strong professional judgment, child engagement skills, and the ability to work independently.
