That’s why we’ve built a collaborative, 5-star rated environment where your clinical voice is heard, your growth is funded, and your work-life balance is protected.

Impact Lives Where It Matters Most:

• Home-Based Care: Help adults regain their dignity and independence in the place they feel most comfortable—their own home.

• Interdisciplinary Synergy: Work side-by-side with high-energy PT and SLP teams to deliver holistic, integrated care that actually works.

• Streamlined Workflow: Our user-friendly online documentation system allows you to focus on your patients, not on hours of paperwork.

• Innovation & Autonomy: Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications that turn a house back into a safe, accessible home for your patients.

Benefits

• Financial Security: 401(k) retirement planning with employer matching contributions.

• Full Security: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage.

• Time for You: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual for both vacation and sick time.

• On the Road Support: Full mileage reimbursement to cover your travel between visits.

• Supportive Leadership: A therapist-led culture that prioritizes your professional input and career satisfaction.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who thrives on seeing real-world progress. You will play a vital role in empowering independence for adult and senior populations through:

• Meaningful Assessments: Evaluating functional abilities and ADLs in a natural environment to create practical treatment plans.

• Creative Interventions: Using evidence-based techniques to address neurological, musculoskeletal, and age-related challenges.

• Home Innovation: Identifying and implementing home modifications and adaptive tools to improve safety and accessibility.

• Family Partnership: Acting as a bridge for families, providing the education and resources necessary to support their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

• The Heart: A genuine desire to work with diverse adult and senior populations.

• The Advantage: Prior experience in home care is a major plus, but a "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
