Registered Nurse — Home Health ( $90 for SOC and $50 for Treatments) BrightStar Care · Southwest Austin, TX & surrounding metro areas · Full-Time & PRN Assessments / SOCs / Recerts $90/per visit -Initial & recurring visits Treatments & discharges $50/per visit- Ongoing skilled visits Retention incentive-- $5K- Pre-tax for fulltime employees ( paid in increments at 3month/6month /1 year) Weekly pay Paid travel time & mileage Company-issued tablet (FT) Flexible scheduling · Hours vary Monday through Sunday · We work with you to build a schedule that fits your life — enjoy the autonomy of managing your own day in the field with a supportive team behind you Benefits (full-time) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance401(k) with employer match JOB DUTIES Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed Complete accurate OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, and timely visit notes Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader care team Required qualifications Current, valid RN license in the state of Texas (compact license accepted) Current BLS / CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field Preferred qualifications 1+ year of home health or clinical nursing experience Familiarity with OASIS documentation and Medicare home health regulations $90- $50
