About this role
MISSION:
Be a key contact for Credit Insurance and Services solutions between clients, brokers and Coface internal functions, responsible for renewing portfolio of accounts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage strategic relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance and providing product/service informationResolve client issues and complaints, coordinating with internal departments for timely solutionsHandle contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and derogation requests as neededExecute and improve commercial team processes, providing input to management for developmentPrepare analytical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholdersAttract potential customers by answering inquiries and suggesting additional products/servicesActively promote new products and solutions of Coface within the existing clients in order to maximize up-selling effect. Manage the customer relationship throughout the client life cycle.
