About this role
Responsibilities:
Quality and quantity inspections of meal tray set-ups including: casseroles, standards, crew meals, special mealsPosition all airline catering requirement items by flight number in the holding areaComplete catering requirement “check list” form for each flight number checkedEnter the appropriate aircraft and confirm meal count quantities with the flight attendant on board the aircraftCorrect any product or equipment shortages that existAssist with the distribution and updating of meals tagsLocation: 2950 Convair Drive, Toronto, ON L5P1A2
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Schedule: Rotational Monday- Sunday, flexible shift times
Qualifications
Must have at least 2-4 years practical experience in the food and beverage industry and customer servicesValid G drivers licenseAbility to work in temperature controlled environments for duration of shiftDetail Orientated with the ability to read meal counts/tagsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentAbility to read a flight report and match up the information accordinglyNeed to be able to obtain both the GTA RAIC PASS & AVOP (Airside Vehicle Operator's Permit) - once hiredBasic knowledge on MS OfficeMust be fluent in EnglishEffective problem solving skillsMust be reliable, professional and presentableAbility to work with customers in a fast paced environment
