Location: 2950 Convair Drive, Toronto, ON L5P 1A2
Wage Rate: $11.60 per hour, part time
Reporting to: Sous Chef/Production Manager
Schedule: Rotational Monday- Sunday, 3:00 PM Shift
Unionized: after 90 working shifts
Responsibilities:
Basic food preparation skillFollow meal order specification and Gold StandardsComplete documentation for food temperature controlAbility to work in a fast paced environmentMust be self-motivated and a high energy individualAbility to do accurate routine work standing for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Must be able to multi taskAbility to work in an environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, openness, honesty and mutual respectMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesAttention to detail
Basic knowledge of food handling procedures, food handler certificate is an assetHACCP processes and procedures is an assetExperience with high volume food preparationAbility to read and write in EnglishMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be flexible with work schedule and hours, and adapt to schedule changes to accommodate operational requirements
