In order to be considered for this position, the candidate must be serving permanently in the title of Administrative Staff Analyst or must have taken, passed, and be reachable on the Open Competitive Administrative Staff Analyst Exam #9058. The Program Delivery Manager owns the execution of the Division of Traffic Operations’ traffic signal capital program taking projects at the completion of design and managing them across multiple concurrent contracts and contractors through to final completion. This is where completed designs become working infrastructure on the street. In this capacity, the Program Delivery Manager supports the NYC Streets Plan by coordinating contract delivery to ensure signal installations advance transit-priority corridors, Better Buses projects, and other transit-supportive street improvements across the city.
