Complete work orders within designated time frameSurvey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standardsPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and controllers.Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts and other building systemsMaintain grounds/ curb appeal to company an client standardPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentDocument work performance and materials procurement as directed Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for retail/ mall and industrial buildings for (1) year(s) - RequiredMust be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - RequiredAny additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (Electrical, CMRP etc.)In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsApplicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesManual dexterity and attention to detailProblem solving aptitude High school diploma Properties located throughout Orange County, Redondo Beach, and Los Angeles
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM, with occasional early start times (7:00 AM) as needed. On call for any emergencies
