Greet and tour prospective residents.Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.Processes and maintains accurate resident filesWorks closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completedProcesses re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention effortsUnderstand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.Assists applicant with the application processCreates and updates waitlistCompletes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property ManagerEnsuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - Required Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - PreferredMinimum 1 year of sales experience - PreferredExcellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situationsAttention to detailUnderstands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHAKnowledge of Excel, Word Document, and OutlookWorks well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitudeStrong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels Properties: Park Tower & Park City View (132 units total)
Pay: $23- $25 hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9am-2pm
