Minimum Qualifications
Dental software: Dentrix and Dexis Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and insurance verification (commercial and Medicaid) Call insurance company to check status of submitted claims Respond to the letters of requests and denials received daily from the Insurance Company Trace past claims and resend when necessary Post insurance payments to the patient's accounts Post Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to patient's charts Knowledge of Dental or Medical Billing Understanding of Medical Insurance procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills
