About this role
Position available for a billing person experienced in dental claims. We have a high volume of daily claims from multiple locations. The ideal candidate must be an expert in submitting claims and denials as well as some knowledge of coding and submission processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Dental software: Dentrix and DexisMinimum 3 years of experience in billing and insurance verification (commercial and Medicaid)Call insurance company to check status of submitted claimsRespond to the letters of requests and denials received daily from the Insurance CompanyTrace past claims and resend when necessaryPost insurance payments to the patient's accountsPost Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to patient's chartsKnowledge of Dental or Medical BillingUnderstanding of Medical Insurance proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
