Lead various projects simultaneouslyDesign and analyze technical process flow diagrams based on project proposalsCapture client needs accurately and set-up project requirementsCompile equipment lists from project proposals and process flow diagramsProvide technical expertise and input during plant layout and designMonitor progress on project tasks and compile progress reportsEnsure all project documentation is maintained appropriately for each projectDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsOrganizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetingsAnalyse commercial documents such as proposals, quotes, and contracts and compile summariesCompile collection notes, customs documents for shipping of various equipment in your projects to meet requirements for each shipmentMonitor different departments for compliance and align with the customer requirementsAssess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicableMaintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures Minimum Qualification Requirements: B. Tech/B. Eng/B. Sc Mechanical EngineeringOr B. Tech Project Management with strong technical engineering abilityStrong machinery manufacturing industry background Key Skills & Competencies
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skillsComputer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office products such as MS visio, excel, word and projectsExperience with CAD software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD will be advantageousExperience on Jira Atlassian operating will be advantageous Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamAbility to always maintain discretion and confidentialityTime management skills and organizational skillsAbility to read technical drawings and specificationsKnowledge file management, transcription and other administrative proceduresAbility to work on tight deadlinesComfortable working across multiple projects in a technical environment.Only successful candidates will be contacted by the office in Potchefstroom.
