Responsibilities:
provides planning, processing and performing all jobsdesigns and develops programming systemsresponds promptly and professionally to bug reportsreviews and repairs legacy codeconducts system analysis and developmentanalyzes, designs, coordinates and supervises the development of software systemsanalyzes system specifications and translates system requirements to task specifications for junior programmersprovides analysis of current programs which includes performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programmingdevelops new programs and proves the program to develop needed changesdevelops new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendationswrites, edits, and debugs new programs for assigned projectsdocuments code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database levelresponsible for reading, understanding, and utilizing all part and assembly prints, forms, spreadsheets, bills of material, specification sheets, and technical referencesutilizes tools and equipment involved in performance of essential functions of programming including measuring instrumentssearches, summarizes and keeps the team abreast of strategic information from all sourcesprovides feedback to analysis/training staff about performance considerations / usability issues concerning software specifications and implementationresearches and recommends software tools to managementprovides assistance to testers and supports personnel as needed to determine system problems Lead software engineer requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or any related/similar field, at least 5 years experience in web development.
Required skills:
has an experience with profiling, load simulation, Linux optimization, and database optimizationhas an experience with GIT, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, AngularJS, NodeJS, Ionic, Cordovaexperience with mobile application development is an advantageexperience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure is an advantagecomplex problem solving, Critical thinking, Creativity, Service orientationpeople management, coordinating with others, negotiation, judgement and decision making
