You should be data oriented and have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
Generate traffic and demand for our e-commerce business through effective growth strategies and various marketing channels. Plan and execute SEM, social media, display, and email marketing campaignsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Analyze data to identify trends and insights in order to optimize marketing spend and performanceCollaborate with internal teams optimize user experience based on experiments and conversion testsAnalyze data to identify feasible growth opportunities and improve web and app conversion rates BS/MS degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science.Proven experience in digital marketing and a track record of driving growthExperience leading SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaignsProficiency in using online analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Adwords, Google Analytics Facebook Ad Manager)Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
