About this role
To build and maintain a good working knowledge of MAE and equipment maintenance techniques, company products and services, and working practices, to perform all the tasks required in the role efficiently and effectively.Sharing information with others to enable them to fulfil their role.Using knowledge, information and skills in planning and working to improve MAE reliability.Sharing ideas and suggestions for improvements.Identifying and eliminate root cause of unplanned downtimeCompleting, to a high standard any planned works, Any follow-up works requiredIdentify any known / common issues / faults on MAE, with possible solutionsIdentifying and eliminating waste through planned activitiesContributing to the setting of systems, procedures and work standards ensuring that they fit and/or enhance with others used in the businessGood working knowledge of CNC and general engineering machinery ONC/HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant experienceConversant in Microsoft office productsGood working knowledge of Health & Safety issuesFlexibility/Adaptability.Strong Communication Skills.Team player who demonstrates a high level of initiative.Interpersonal with good communicative skills.Enthusiastic, flexible approach with a willingness to learnExcellent attention to detail.Resilience and Stress resistant Why Bosch Rexroth?
