Your Role
As a Senior Platform Architect, you play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our software platforms and solutions. You are responsible for defining scalable, maintainable, and secure platform architectures that align with both customer requirements and business objectives. Working closely with customers, architects, engineers, and product teams, you ensure that technical solutions deliver sustainable value while balancing quality, feasibility, and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
Define and drive the architecture, design, and technical direction of complex software platforms throughout the entire development lifecycle, from analysis to releaseTranslate customer and business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable platform solutions while actively challenging assumptions and identifying the best approachDevelop high-level platform specifications with a strong focus on system integration, performance, quality, maintainability, cyber security, resilience, and scalabilityLead architectural discussions, guide technical decision-making, and provide coaching to architects, software engineers, and platform engineersEnsure platform solutions avoid unnecessary complexity and are fit for purpose, balancing business value and technical excellencePlan, review, and supervise architecture quality, implementation quality, testing activities, and technical governance processesPromote reuse by defining modular architectures, reusable components, and platform capabilities that can support future products and projectsLeverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency, software quality, architectural decision-making, and engineering productivity while actively supporting AI adoption across teamsYour Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in software development, software architecture, and platform engineering, including technologies such as C, C#, Java, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environmentsExpert knowledge of software architecture principles, application design, system modeling methods, and software quality assuranceStrong understanding of system integration, cyber security, test management, and modern software development practicesProven ability to lead complex technical initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholdersExperience working with multiple products or platforms and designing reusable, product-oriented architecturesGood understanding of how Artificial Intelligence can be applied effectively in software development, architecture design, automation, code quality, testing, and engineering workflowsRelevant certifications such as Certified Software Architect or comparable qualifications are considered an advantageWhat Makes This Role Special
