Job Description:
CUSTOMER
Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation and review of business performance and initiatives against established reference points (e.g., plan, prior year, business cases) as directedProvide advice and guidance to Finance Management and/or business partners and appropriate stakeholders on a range of finance accounting / reporting or operational processesApply understanding of respective business strategies to produce relevant and meaningful data analysis and materials to support the creation and maturation of business goals and objectivesDevelop analysis and proper dashboards to illustrate business trends and identify areas of business opportunitiesCoordinate and/or consolidate financial information needs / requests among various parties (e.g. business Finance Teams, other stakeholders, external parties / regulators / auditors and/or centralized FinanceAct as a key resource to the business or functional unit by providing relevant and meaningful financial information / data / guidance on specialized procedures and/or issues (e.g. tax, accounting principles, reconciliation / reporting / financial controls / finance processes etc.)Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence and execution and/or implementation of potential initiatives, acquisitions and/or business re-structures within defined area of responsibilityContribute and work with FinOps or Specialized Finance teams to provide input and feedback on enhancing operational activities s (e.g. report production, system queries, process mapping, specialized tracking, analysis and transactional procedural support) where appropriate SHAREHOLDER

Experienced working professional role providing specialized business services, advisory or processes / program support within their own area of specialtyIdentifies and investigates non-standard financial accounting and/or operational / reporting issuesConducts regular financial analysis / reporting to support business partner, functional Finance areas or centres of expertiseRequires working knowledge of the finance function and/or the key business areas supportedModerate level of complexity in analysis / reporting or operational function requiring a short to medium term focus by taking a new perspective on existing solutionsMay operate as a working lead on finance initiatives as assignedAccountable for own work and sometimes others; acts as an escalation point or knowledge resource for others in their own areaLeads projects or work streams within broader projects with moderate risk and may be accountable for managing ongoing activities, processes and functional programsWorks within broad guidelines / policies and independently performs tasks from end to endConveys business context when providing guidance within field of specialty to internal or external stakeholdersWork performed under minimal management guidance and supervisionGenerally reports to a Manager role EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree3+ years relevant experience Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week. Colleagues may spend more or less days in office as required by the business line.
