The Pediatric Nurse Manager (RN) will:
Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical careEnsure adherence to policies and proceduresVisit clients and supervise staffProvide internal case managementEvaluate and develop field staffConduct clinical assessments and complete the care planning processEducate clinical associates to develop into nurse managersProvide clinical insight and focus on clinical competency of field staffCreate a warm, organized, and welcoming office grounded in customer service Qualifications for a Pediatric Nurse Manager
Current RN license in good standingMinimum two years recent, verifiable clinical experience as a nurseTrach/vent/G tube experience is requiredStrong assessment and organizational skillsPrior supervisory experience (clinical oversight, recruitment, competency evaluations, etc.)Demonstrated success of working independently while taking on increased responsibilitiesAmbition to grow and advance beyond current positionSolid communication and PC skills BAYADA Offers:
