An active NMC pin and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Registered Manager Proven track record in managing care or nursing homes A QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve this) Experience supporting vulnerable client groups and leading multidisciplinary teams Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the UK care landscape A positive, empowering leadership style and a genuine passion for careYou must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
An active NMC pin and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Registered Manager. Proven track record in managing care or nursing homes. A QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care or willingness to achieve this. Experience supporting vulnerable client groups and leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the UK care landscape.
