About this role
As a Business Service Agent, you will support the Account Management team and help ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process. You will communicate directly with our b2b merchants, understand their needs and provide solutions. You will predominantly focus on payment-related matters.
Main Duties:
Support the Account Management team with various administrative and operational tasks, focussed on debt collection. Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants – no sales or acquisition involved.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions.Contact merchants to remind them about payment terms and follow up when needed.Keep customers informed and ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.Create and update instructions and guidelines for different processes.Work closely with internal teams in an international environment, to ensure a smooth after-sales experience. Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, back office or a similar role.You are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and enjoy helping them find solutions.Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.You work accurately, efficiently and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.You are able to work independently and structure your workload effectively.You have a process-oriented and solution-focused approach.Strong communication and problem-solving skills. The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Rruga e Kavajes, Tirane and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
