About this role
You will be the central point of contact for our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth execution of goods handling, fleet management, and procurement processes. In this versatile role, you will independently take responsibility for the following tasks:
Processing purchase orders and creating and maintaining purchasing transactions in the ERP systemCoordinating deliveries and goods receiptsWarehouse management and inventory controlOrganizing and actively supporting all logistics-related processesManaging and overseeing our vehicle fleet, from procurement and leasing to maintenance and servicingSupporting administrative activities related to logistics and materials managementActively contributing to day-to-day operational business
Successfully completed education (apprenticeship, university of applied sciences, or equivalent)Minimum of 3 years of professional experienceProficient in the use of digital toolsIndependent, structured, and results-oriented working styleProfessional and friendly appearance with strong teamwork skillsWillingness and ability to perform hands-on physical work when requiredFluent German (C2 level) and good English skills The minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement for employees in the trade sector is EUR 2,509 gross per month for this position.
