About this role
This position is scheduled Monday - Thursday 6AM to 4:30PM. We are seeking a Technical Team Leader to join our organization in Boynton Beach, United States. In this role, you will lead a team of technical professionals while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex technical projects. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and delivering innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role is a working team leader who supervises approximately 1-5 assembly employees.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, observe, communicate and handle items such as computers, machinery and other equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
