About this role
What you’re responsible for:
Entering sales and purchase contracts.Reconciling purchase orders with balance tickets.Assisting sales representatives in researching claims.Setting prices and approve balance tickets in RECY (computer system).Recording orders in RECY (computer system).Monitoring payments made to subcontractors.Managing company pricing and enter prices.Responding to customer inquiries.Following up with sales representatives on delays. You have a DEC in administrative/office technologies or equivalent education.You are perfectly bilingual (French/English) and have excellent communication skills.You have strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset).You are rigorous, autonomous, and resourceful.You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.You are organized and able to manage priorities with speed and efficiency.
