About this role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant/ Team Leader with strong LNG import terminal expertise and demonstrated leadership capability.
This role requires a technically strong professional who can independently lead LNG design while managing and coaching a multidisciplinary team of 8–10 engineers across various disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation, Safety, etc.).
The candidate must combine deep technical competence, structured team leadership, stakeholder management, and a proactive drive to continuously improve engineering quality and discipline capability.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or MBA (Required)Experience Requirements
10–12 years of Engineering / Design experience in the LNG industryProven experience in LNG Import Terminal projects (Onshore / FSRU preferred)Experience across Feasibility, FEED project phasesConsulting firm experience is highly preferredLeadership & Team Handling
Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary engineering team of 8–10 engineersExperience allocating tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring technical quality controlStrong capability in mentoring junior and mid-level engineersAbility to manage multiple interfaces and resolve cross-disciplinary technical challengesStrong decision-making capability at the discipline lead levelLeadership Mindset & Growth Orientation

Lead and develop Feasibility Studies for LNG import terminals and related energy infrastructure projectsDevelop, review, and oversee the preparation of FEED documentation, ensuring alignment with project design basis, client requirements, and industry standardsDefine and establish process design philosophies, technical assumptions, and the basis of design documentationCandidates based in Jakarta are preferred.
