Acumen Solutions is hiring for a Project Manager in our McLean, VA headquarters.
Responsibilities
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures Identifies and manages project riskEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate
Bachelor’s degreeWillingness to travel up to 50% domesticallyAuthorized to work for any U.S. employerAt least 2 years experience working with Salesforce.com products and Force.com platform Demonstrated experience successfully managing IT projects dealing with Software Development (SDLC)Working with Agile, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practicesExperienced in using an Agile development framework to gather requirements, estimate tasks, distill business requirements into incremental features, and demonstrate new functionality to product ownersWorking within an established PMO processManaging 3rd party implementation vendors and support vendors Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration backgroundDesired Experience
Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experienceRelevant Salesforce certificationsSalesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
