Responsibilities:
Analyze business scenarios and product requirements; communicate with international partners and customersDesign new features and create functional specificationsEvaluate backward compatibility of product changes and align requirements with stakeholdersDrive end-to-end feature implementationBreak down requirements into development tasks and coordinate implementation detailsCollaborate with external providers (e.g., payment processors, service providers)Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and technical writersValidate implemented features against specifications; perform acceptance testingDevelop test plans and test scenarios, including edge cases (e.g., data migration, invalid data, high load)Support maintenance activities, including handling support requests and verifying bug fixes Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications3+ years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrationsStrong experience writing functional documentation in EnglishExperience working closely with developers and business usersExperience in acceptance testing and test scenario creationStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to structure and communicate complex information clearlyStrong prioritization skills and results-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluent EnglishPreferred Qualifications
