Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming mannerTake accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and preparation methodsServe food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfactionMaintain properly set and organized tables throughout service periodsProcess payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions with integrityCollaborate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service deliveryAddress guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with courtesy, empathy, and problem-solving skillsMaintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining area in compliance with all food safety standardsPerform side work duties including restocking supplies, cleaning stations, and preparing the dining spaceAdapt professionally to varying environmental conditions, including Cairo's warm climateDemonstrate flexibility in scheduling and willingness to support team members during peak service times Good English communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquetteProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsSolid basic math skills for handling financial transactions accuratelyExceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities with diverse team membersStrong time management and multitasking skill setPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periodsFood handling certification (may be required based on local regulations)Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (preferred)Familiarity with local Egyptian cuisine and cultural dining customs (beneficial)Professional appearance and grooming standardsStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situationsExcellent listening skills and genuine interest in guest satisfaction Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
