The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining luxury service standards, and achieving operational and financial goals. The role involves supervising team members, coordinating service, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operationsSupervise and support restaurant colleagues during service to ensure smooth operationsDeliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concernsMonitor service quality and ensure compliance with luxury hospitality standardsAssist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance developmentSupport inventory control, purchasing, and cost management initiativesEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulationsCoordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food serviceHandle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational reportingAssist in achieving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction targetsSupport promotional activities, special events, and outlet marketing initiativesAct as the Restaurant Manager in their absence when required What will you bring to this role?
