Minimum 3-5 years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environmentProven expertise in mixology with advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation techniquesDemonstrated supervisory or assistant management experience in a bar or food and beverage settingStrong understanding of health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations and compliance requirementsProficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and bar management softwareExcellent mathematical and analytical skills for inventory management, cost control, and financial analysisOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate bar staffAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operationsKnowledge of wine pairing and sommelier principlesProficiency in multiple languages, particularly Hindi or other regional languagesExperience developing innovative cocktail menus and managing special events or promotionsCertification in responsible alcohol service and trainingStrong background in guest relations and delivering personalized service experiencesExperience with revenue management and upselling techniques to maximize bar profitability WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
