Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless service delivery across all departmentsSupervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain service standards and operational efficiencyAddress guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring resolution and guest satisfactionMonitor and maintain security protocols, guest safety, and property protection throughout the shiftConduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and compliance with hotel policiesManage emergency situations and coordinate appropriate responses in accordance with hotel proceduresPrepare and submit detailed shift reports documenting incidents, guest feedback, and operational issuesLiaise between departments to ensure effective communication and collaborative problem-solvingSupport revenue management initiatives and assist with occupancy optimisation strategiesConduct staff briefings and provide guidance on service excellence and operational proceduresEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas of the hotelManage key control systems and maintain security of restricted areas and valuablesAssist with staff training, induction, and performance management as requiredRespond to maintenance requests and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolution
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a hotel operations or duty management role within a luxury hospitality environmentProven track record of managing multi-departmental teams and coordinating staff across front-of-house and back-of-house operationsStrong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and property management softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of staffDemonstrated ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts with professionalism and discretionSound understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to hospitality establishmentsAbility to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as requiredStrong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience in a 5-star or luxury hotel propertyFirst Aid and CPR certificationKnowledge of emergency management and crisis response proceduresExperience with revenue management and occupancy optimisation strategiesProficiency in multiple languages, particularly Hindi or other regional Indian languagesPrevious experience in staff training, induction, and performance managementFamiliarity with security systems and access control protocols WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
