Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial management, or finance operationsProven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reportingDemonstrated experience managing and supervising finance team membersProficiency with accounting software and financial management systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience preparing financial statements and presenting to senior management and stakeholdersMaster's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, or FinanceExperience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsKnowledge of internal audit procedures and risk management frameworksExperience in budget forecasting and variance analysisFamiliarity with capital planning and investment analysis methodologiesBackground in process improvement and operational efficiency initiativesExperience in a multi-departmental or matrix organizational structure WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
