About this role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or goods to designated locationsPlan and optimise routes using local knowledge and GPS navigation systemsAssist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journeyPerform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasksMaintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumptionAdhere to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring safe and responsible drivingCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer serviceHandle cash transactions and maintain financial records when requiredRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requestsKeep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all timesReport any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately to managementAdapt to changing schedules and be available for flexible working hours as needed Valid Vietnamese driving licence appropriate for the vehicle typeProven driving experience, preferably in a professional capacityExcellent knowledge of Phu Quoc's road network and traffic regulationsStrong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic lawsBasic vehicle maintenance skillsExceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanourExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesGood communication skills in Vietnamese (English proficiency is a plus)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPhysical fitness to assist with loading and unloading of items when necessaryClean driving record with no major traffic violationsAbility to remain calm and focused in challenging situationsBasic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining records What awaits you...
