We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant - Glass Cleaner to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Public Area Attendant - Glass Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our establishment's common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, and toilets to the highest standardsPerform regular quality checks to ensure all areas meet our cleanliness and safety standardsReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate departmentProperly use and store cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelinesAssist with the upkeep of back-of-house areas as neededRespond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional mannerCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceParticipate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledgeAdhere to all company policies and procedures Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferredKeen eye for detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shiftKnowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety proceduresExcellent time management and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible approach to work, including willingness to work various shiftsCustomer-focused mindset with a positive and friendly attitudeCommitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for guestsAbility to follow instructions and adhere to established proceduresBasic English language skills (both verbal and written) What awaits you...
