We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policiesOversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlHandle guest enquiries and concerns, offering professional, friendly, and engaging serviceImplement and maintain outlet policies, procedures, and service standardsEnsure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beveragesMotivate and mentor team members to achieve excellence in guest serviceMonitor and analyse outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutionsCollaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfactionAssist in organising and executing special events and promotionsConduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related fieldMinimum of two years' relevant experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant settingProven track record of exceptional customer service and leadership skillsStrong working knowledge of restaurant operations and food and beverage standardsProficiency in Micros and MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team membersDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to motivate and lead a diverse team to achieve common goalsKnowledge of relevant food and beverage regulations and health and safety standardsFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous What awaits you...
