We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – Income Audit to join our finance team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive income audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights into financial processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Conduct thorough income audits and tax compliance reviews to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and organizational policiesAnalyze financial records, transactions, and documentation to identify discrepancies, irregularities, and areas of non-compliancePrepare detailed audit reports and findings, documenting observations, recommendations, and corrective action plansReconcile income accounts and verify the accuracy of financial data across multiple systems and recordsAssess internal controls and evaluate the effectiveness of existing audit procedures and processesCollaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify audit findingsMonitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actionsStay current with changes in income tax regulations, audit standards, and compliance requirementsMaintain organized and comprehensive audit documentation and work papersPresent audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner 1-3 years of professional experience in income audit, tax audit, financial audit, or related audit functionStrong knowledge of income tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit standardsProficiency in financial analysis, data reconciliation, and interpretation of financial statementsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software or audit management toolsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly and professionallyDemonstrated ability to assess internal controls and identify risks and areas for improvementDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all audit workAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred: Experience with financial statement analysis and stakeholder managementPreferred: Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and best practices in audit procedures An opportunity to be with world’s preferred hospitality companyCaptivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionalsRange of exclusive Heartist BenefitsDevelop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
