Supervise hourly team members during assigned shifts, directing workflow and ensuring station coverage throughout serviceOpen or close the restaurant following documented checklists for equipment, cash, security, and facility readinessHandle guest complaints and service recovery during the shift, applying approved comp procedures when appropriateMonitor labor efficiency in real time, sending staff home or calling in additional help to stay on target with salesConduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily promotions, staff assignments, and any operational prioritiesEnforce food safety standards including temperature checks, date labeling, allergen handling, and sanitation routinesTrain new hourly employees on POS operation, service steps, and company standards during their onboarding periodComplete cash handling procedures including till counts, safe drops, and shift summary reports at end of servicePerform line checks and food quality audits before service periods to verify prep standards are metAssist senior management in tracking inventory and placing orders for food, beverage, and supply items as directed Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred2–4 years of restaurant within luxury atmosphere experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
